When you move out from a rented property, you’re required to have the property professionally cleaned. This will help ensure you get your deposit back from the deposit protection scheme.
Yes, a full professional clean is required whether you’re a tenant or landlord. It ensures the property meets expected standards and avoids disputes.
No you don’t. We come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning materials and products.
We guarantee our cleaning service. If your landlord or agent isn’t satisfied, we’ll return free of charge. However, we can’t guarantee deposit return for unrelated issues like damages.
Our standard service includes internal window cleaning only. Exterior window cleaning is available as an additional service if requested.
Yes, we provide deep oven cleaning for accessible parts without dismantling the appliance.
No deposit is required to book. However, you may choose to pay in advance or pay a deposit if preferred.
There’s no fee with at least 24 hours’ notice. If cancelled within 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
It depends on the property’s size and condition. Our average job time is 4.8 hours, but large properties may take all day. No job exceeds one day.
No VAT is currently added to our prices.
We are flexible with bookings. Short notice and same-day cleaning is possible, but we prefer at least a few days’ notice.
All our cleaners can speak English. Some are not native speakers, so very minor misunderstandings may occur occasionally.
Our base prices assume average size and condition. Extra charges may apply for extreme dirtiness or unusually large properties.
Carpet cleaning is optional. You can choose hoovering only or professional deep carpet cleaning using specialist equipment.
If you’re not satisfied or the checkout report shows issues, we’ll return free of charge within 72 hours to reclean.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or card. Cash can be paid on the day to the cleaners or you can pay online/over the phone.
Yes. Once payment is made and the job completed, you’ll receive an automated email with your receipt.
No. We just need access and someone to inspect the job before we leave. You’re welcome to stay if you’d prefer.
